The Meeting Process 
 
   


Meeting Format:
Members of The EXCHANGE meet weekly to share business leads, relate business information and experiences for the mutual benefit of everyone. The meeting format is oriented to achieve that benefit:
(15 min.)  Free Exchange of Information Prior to Formal Meeting
(15 min.)  President's Introduction, Announcements, Welcome Visitors, Officer Reports, Pass Business Cards
(15 min.)  Individual Member 30 Second Weekly Announcements and Report on Relevant Business News
(35 min.)  Regular Rotation of 1 or 2 Member Presentations to Gain a Better Understanding of Each Other's Business
(15 min.)  Exchange of Individual Member Referrals or Testimonials

The meeting design allows members to continually educate, update and refresh other members of their business features and benefits. All members are treated equally with equal time and attention. The atmosphere while friendly is structured in design to remind all members of the business purpose.
